Hello,

I wanted to send you an update on my little puppy. She is doing great! After days of not being able to decide on a name we named her Georgia. Maybe not original but it seemed appropriate. I guess I didn't have to worry so much about her ending up chasing down and killing the wildlife that visits our backyard. Now that she is almost 7 months old I can see that that was totally silly. We expected she would grow into a big dog, but..... she's a pip squeak! Only 24 lbs, and very cute. We should have named her Velcro because she loves to hang out as close as possible to us. She especially enjoys chewing her bones while resting on my leg. Very sloppy but endearing.

I thought you would enjoy seeing how she is looking as of late, so I attached a before and now picture

Have you been in touch with any other people who adopted one of Mias puppies? I was curious what her brother and sisters ended up looking like.

Hi Tina,

just wanted to let you know that Jazzy is now Max. He is happy, and well loved.

The first days he was pacing and crying a lot,...he missed you and his other siblings in Murphy. Slowly he began to settle down and now seems that he has been here forever. He is already learning tricks and cuddles with my little Jack Russell mix that usually is difficult with new dogs. Now they are the best of pals. He kisses my older dog all the time and she seems to love the attention.

He is a great pal, intelligent, funny, playful but at the same time very calm and loving. He has lots of toys that he keeps them ALL TOGETHER in a row on his bed. He also likes to watch TV and sits in front of the TV for 10 or 15 minutes at a time. I never had a dog that did that before!

Thank you so much for rescuing this little one for our family.

I am sure that your love and care will always be a part of him.

Connie D.
